• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Spotters, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, datasets, case studies, and educational resources, is the exclusive property of Uyir Healthcare LLP and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission
• Course materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial, single-user use only
• Recording, screenshotting, screen capturing, or sharing course content is strictly prohibited
• Downloading, saving, or storing content for offline use beyond what is explicitly permitted is prohibited
• Any unauthorized use of our content may result in immediate termination and legal action

6. Prohibited Scraping & Automated Access

You expressly agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following activities:

• Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, or any other automated tools to access, scrape, extract, download, or collect any content from our platform
• Use scripts, software, or any programmatic methods to bulk download, copy, or extract course materials, videos, images, text, or any other content
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features, access controls, or technical protection measures
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform or content delivery systems
• Use browser extensions, plugins, or tools designed to download or capture streaming content
• Access the platform through VPNs, proxies, or anonymizing services for the purpose of evading detection or restrictions
• Share API keys, authentication tokens, or access credentials with third parties or automated systems
• Systematically download, compile, or create a database or collection of our content

Violation of this section will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund, and may result in civil and criminal legal action. We actively monitor for scraping activity and reserve the right to pursue damages to the fullest extent of the law.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account access with others or allow multiple users to access a single account
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
